The YCWJ series with upper and lower double turret structure is a high-productivity horizontal turning center designed for four-axis linkage machining of camshafts and crankshafts.

Main features

1. The multi-turret turning center can perform long-axis processing and double-turret processing, which is different from the single-turret turning center and shortens the processing time;
2. It adopts high-speed, high-power built-in spindle motor and standard programmable tailstock to achieve stable processing;
3. Only one clamping is required to complete the processing, improve the processing accuracy, shorten the processing time, support automated unmanned processing, reduce the equipment installation area, and expand the space utilization rate.
