Main features

1. The bed and main structure of the continuously variable speed vertical drilling and tapping center are cast in gray cast iron, which has good rigidity and shock absorption. Reinforcement ribs are arranged inside the bed, and the bed structure is heavy.
2. The horizontal slide and worktable are both cast in gray cast iron. The horizontal slide adopts a super-large span structural design, which effectively increases the stability of the machine tool.
3. The column adopts a herringbone structure, and the bottom surface is fixed to the bed by scraping and grinding. The column adopts a "M" rib reinforcement structure inside, which has good rigidity and seismic resistance. The bottom is designed as an "A"-shaped structure, which effectively increases the rigidity of the column and reduces the forward tilt caused by the spindle box.
4. The three axes use AC Nanjing Huaxing & Guangzhou CNC servo motors, and the backlash-free elastic coupling is directly connected to the screw, which directly drives the ball screw to rotate, realizes the reciprocating motion of each axis, and has a fast dynamic response.
