Main features
1. The feeding of the special turning and milling composite
machining boring lathe for pumps and valves adopts Vicord special
CNC system (or optional Siemens and Guangzhou CNC system), which
can realize the processing of tapered holes, threads and spherical
processes with dual-axis linkage. Its CNC system has good
compatibility, powerful functions and easy operation.
2. The guide rail of the feed table is made of high-quality gray
cast iron, which is tempered and aged three times after casting
rough machining and fine machining to fully eliminate residual
internal stress. The surface of the guide rail is treated with
ultrasonic quenching to reach HRC55 hardness. Through
high-precision guide rail grinding, the accuracy, rigidity and
stability of the machine tool are guaranteed.
3. The transmission parts adopt precision ball screw transmission
and interpolation measures to eliminate the gap, ensuring the
smooth transmission and high processing accuracy of the machine
tool.
4. The power head adopts three-level manual speed change and
high-power motor to achieve low-speed and high-torque, which can
withstand heavy cutting loads and improve processing efficiency,
which is 2-3 times that of ordinary machine tools.
5. The tooling adopts hydraulic automatic clamping to improve
efficiency, reduce personal labor intensity and reduce processing
costs.
